Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 July 2026 · Early-access terms

1. Who we are

OpsHub (a working product name) is operated by Starfish (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the
Republic of the Philippines, serving customers worldwide. Contact: hello@starfi.sh.

2. The service

OpsHub provides shared project workspaces — chat, notes, task boards, presence and related
collaboration features — for organisations and their invited guests. The service is currently in
early access: features may change, and we may onboard organisations gradually.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

An organisation’s owner and managers control who joins their workspace and in what role. You are
responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials.
You may not use the service to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to
attempt to access data that isn’t yours.

4. Your content

Everything your organisation puts into its workspaces — messages, notes, tasks, files — belongs to
your organisation. We claim no ownership. We access it only to operate the service, to fix faults at
your request, or where the law requires.

5. Guests

Guests are invited by an organisation and see only the space they are invited to. The inviting
organisation is responsible for who it invites and for the content it shares with them.

6. Billing

During early access the service is free. At public launch, paid plans will be billed through our
merchant of record, which handles payment processing and applicable sales tax/VAT at checkout.
Published launch pricing applies, and early-access organisations keep the pricing published when they
joined. Plans change capacity limits (seats, spaces); they never change what your data is or who owns it.

7. Availability and data

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during early access. We take
regular backups. You may request an export of your organisation’s data at any time.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is” during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our
total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts your organisation paid
us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, may be zero). Nothing in
these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your organisation’s data at any time. We may
suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in
the courts of the Philippines, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves from early access to general availability. Material
changes will be announced to account owners in advance.
